Low House, Armathwaite is situated in the beautiful Eden Valley, Cumbria.
Formally a private country house residence and with views along the valley and over the River Eden, Low House offers facilities for parties both large and small.
We are proud to be able to offer exclusive use of both the house and garden for any special occasion, with the use of the grounds for larger marquee parties.
With winding staircases and period features in abundance Low House provides a stunning backdrop for your special day.
We are happy to help you plan your perfect day working with wedding planners, marquee companies, florists and photographers (among others) and help deliver it for you.
Our commitment is to ensure that your special day is simply that and we are available to input as much, or as little, into the organisation of the day as you wish and require.
We now have approval to host Civil Ceremonies in the house and are licensed to hold Civil Weddings and Civil Partnerships in a choice of four rooms, depending on the number of guests.
Civil Ceremonies can only take place by prior arrangement with the Registrar.
Our on site catering company, Sara Ecroyd Catering, offers a truly personalised service, tailoring your catering to your exact requirements.
